Step 1
Okay, as you can imagine drawing Gary the snail would be very easy. You’ll start by drawing a perfect circle for the shape of your shell. Then draw two smaller circles for his eyes. You will add two lines and then a shape for the face will be drawn next. You’ll end this step by drawing out the part of his skinny body shown here.
Step 2
So what do you think so far? I know it’s pretty easy. You will now complete the lining for Gary’s body shape crawling on the floor and the ground. Then a cute open smile. You will then add swirls on his shell as seen here.
Step 3
Well, you have made it to the last drawing step and what you will do now is add spots on his shell and then thicken the swirl. Give him some solid eye pupils and then thicken the socket his eyes are stuck in. You will then add vertical lines for its teeth and then curly lines for its fleshy body. Erase all the principles and shapes that you drew in step one.
Step 4
Here’s what your finished piece will look like when you’re done. All that’s left to do now is to color him. You just learned how to draw Gary the snail from SpongeBob Squarepants step by step.
