Step 1
Start off by drawing a circle. This will form the dog’s head.
Step 2
Delete the parts of the circle and fill them with two curves. These indicate a sagging bulldog. Textured each dog with some curves.
Step 3
Draw the dog’s nose. Draw an inverted triangle of high roundness and show the nostrils by drawing small spirals. Draw a curve above the nose to contour the muzzle.
Step 4
Draw eyes, erase as needed. For each eye, draw a large circle, Inside it, surrounding a shape using a large and small “C” shaped line. Draw a curve above each eye to show the brow.
Step 5
Draw the ears of the bull, erase as needed. For each ear, draw a long curve and fold itself in half. Lacing the ear with an additional curve.
Step 6
Draw a long curve from the head and fold in half to embrace the irregularly shaped body. Use a short curve to surround the fat tail.
Step 7
Draw legs, erase as needed. Line each hind leg with a long curve. Draw short curves at the tips of the feet to indicate the toes.
Step 8
Draw the foreleg, erase as needed. Sketch the legs using a pair of curves. Loop the toes using overlapping “U”-shaped lines. Contour the shoulder with another short curve.
Step 9
Draw the other front leg. Sketch the leg using a few curves and draw “U”-shaped lines that overlap to form the toes.
Step 10
Color your French Bulldog cartoon. French bulldogs can be white, cream, tanned, brown or black, and many have facial markings. Some are brindle – black and brown stripes.
