Step 1
Let’s start with the basics of our pickup. Notice, at the very first step, the contours of the Chevrolet Silverado differ from those of the exterior, for example the Dodge Charger.
Step 2
Let’s add some details. In the front part, we outline the headlights and large grille. On the side, we add a rearview mirror and wheels.
Step 3
With the help of straight and long lines draw the grille. On both sides of the grille we draw the headlights. In the middle of the grille we draw the Chevrolet logo.
Step 4
Let’s move on to the roof by drawing it with clean, straight lines. Also use straight and clear lines to draw out the details of the bumper.
Step 5
Let’s move on to the cabin of our Chevrolet Silverado. Draw the windshield and side windows. Draw the windows looking out the back and move on to the next step.
Step 6
Now let’s move on to the side of our Chevrolet Pickup. Carefully pull out the door, a handle, the moldings and the front wheel arches.
Step 7
Here we do the same as we did in the previous step. Using straight lines draw the truck body with the rear bumper, rear lights and wheel arches.
Step 8
This step is roughly the same in all car drawing lessons (from Honda to Ferrari). Here we need to draw the wheels as ovals (or flattened cylinders, depending on the point of view).
Step 9
Here we end our drawing lesson on how to draw Chevy Silverado. Here we just need to draw the rims, which can be the same as in our example or different (depending on what kind of rim you prefer). Note that here the wheels and rims look smaller than the wheels and rims of a sports car, for example.
