You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1

The red circles indicate the parts of the face that we will focus on. Thick eyebrows, nose and teeth. Take the most prominent human facial features and magnify them in the drawing.

Step 2

The blue circle is what we will pay less attention to. The eyes and no lips are small but important parts of the face that also need attention.

Step 3

These are just some examples of a few caricature faces I’ve drawn. All but one face are random faces and if you notice Justin Bieber will be on your left. Examples of eyes and eyebrows are also included.

Step 4

Create a large oval for the elongated head, and then draw the face guides as you see here.

Step 5

Using the facial guides you drew in step one, start outlining the liners for the eyes and nose. Since the nose will be exaggerated, be sure to draw the tip long and wide.

Step 6

Just above the top eyelid line, draw volume eyebrows and fill them with solid color. Once you’re done, you can perfect the eyes by drawing the bottom lid and drawing the eyeball out. Draw the nostrils and remember to draw them in a flared way.

Step 7

Add some detail to the eyes by sketching the actual crease for the lid, then fill in the pupil and in this case my brother has a nice mark on his cheek so trace it like that.

Step 8

Now we will start working with the lower part of the face. Draw defined wrinkle lines starting at the base of the nostrils, then swirl them outwards. Drawing in his mouth should also be wide and oversized. The upper lip is very thin, and the lower lip is only slightly thicker. Draw the big teeth, and then add some detail or stroke to the chin and slit on the lip just below the middle part of the nose.

Step 9

Sketch the ears like this, but make sure when you draw them out, add the details inside the ears. So far, you guys are doing great, keep it up as you guys are almost done.

Step 10

Outline the shape of the face and head as such, and if you notice the face is elongated or has an elongated structure. Draw a hairline for his shaved head, and then add some strokes to his cheeks.

Step 11

For the final drawing step, all you have to do is pull out his chin hair, then draw out his neck, shirt collar, and some of the top of his chest. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up the drawing.

Step 12

Your drawing will eventually appear like the one you see here. Now take what you just learned and try to draw your mother, brother, sister, father, uncle, aunt, cousin or friend. Hope you had fun, come back and join me again for real.
