Step 1
Draw a circle for her head then draw guide lines for her arms and legs. In this drawing, we can’t see her left arm, so don’t worry about drawing that guide. You will also draw two small circles for the feet and the shape of the skirt.
Step 2
Draw a rough outline of her entire body to see where her outfit will go and what her hairstyle will look like.
Step 3
Start fixing the outline based on the lines you just drew in step 2. Make a clean line and draw a big sailor collar on her shirt along with the tie. You now have a basic outline of the Japanese schoolgirl uniform. Draw the socks slightly larger than her feet and shoes. We’re giving her those cute “elephant leg” socks that Japanese schoolgirls love so much.
Step 4
Now to her face. To draw an anime face, always remember the rules: big eyes with small nose and mouth. In this drawing, keep her eyes slightly apart to give her a more innocent look. Don’t draw too many eyelids because you want to give her an elegant face like a schoolgirl. You can then draw some details on her outfit such as the folds on her skirt and socks.
Step 5
Complete the drawing by painting her hair lines. the folds on her shirt and the textures on her collar. You can fasten a pocket on your shirt or even a name tag if you want.
Step 6
