Step 1
Dodo is a slow-moving bird that lives on the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. Unfortunately, it was hunted to extinction about 400 years ago. To draw the dodo, we will start with our beak. Dodos has a large, curved beak. Draw a curved beak, with a line down the middle for the mouth
Step 2
Next, draw a curved shape for the upper part of his face, and a line for the lower part of his face. Add a small circle to your eyes.
Step 3
Then draw a curve at the top of the face for the top of the head. Draw a line down his chin for his neck.
Step 4
Draw a line for the dodo back, and add a curved tail. Then draw a long curve below for the dodo belly.
Step 5
For the dodo wing, draw a scrawny U-shape. Although the dodo has wings, it cannot fly.
Step 6
Add one of the dodo legs and feet. The dodo has short legs that don’t make it run fast.
Step 7
Add the other leg next to the first. Now you’re done! The dodo has gray and brown fur with yellow feet and beaks gray, green and brown.
