Step 1
Start with the head of the gorilla. Makes the lower jaw smaller and narrower than the flat head of the head.
Step 2
At the top of the lower jaw draw a short curve to make the mouth. Just above the muzzle line draw a large round nose. Right on there are two small eyes. Immediately after the eyes draw an ear ring.
Step 3
Draw a long curve for your back. The back end is a round bump that curves down.
Step 4
Now draw the thick front arm. The shoulders begin just below the ear. The shoulders curve to the right and then left to the left. Gorillas go on their knuckles. Bend the fingers back along the bottom. Straining the straight line causes the back of the arm to approach the back line. Draw a short curve about halfway along that line to create a belly line.
Step 5
Now add another thick forward arm. The right side of the second arm starts just below the muzzle. He walked straight into his fist. Then, it comes back to the shoulder line.
Step 6
Next draw a hind limb that continues the rump down behind the hind legs. It is just as thick as the forearm. Bring the front of the footpath up near the back.
Step 7
Finally, add a hind leg after the second half of the hind legs first. It will be shorter than hind legs but only thick.
Step 8
You can color it to look more realistic.
