How To Draw Bruno Mars easy with this how-to video and step-by-step drawing instructions. Celebrity drawings for beginners and everyone.
Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below
You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Step 1
Gently start this oddly shaped oval with a pencil. Leave enough room at the top for a hat. That’s right, today you will draw a hat on the handsome Bruno Mars.
Step 2
Draw the bisector of his face for symmetry. Of course, all these lines you draw are light so you can blend or erase them.
Step 3
Now sketch in that weird banana or crescent shape. The first curve is part of the top of the head and the lateral phalanx. The second outer curve is for the back of the head and ears.
Step 4
a.) for hairline. Also provides the location for the hat. b.) for eyebrows. c.) Provide position for the eye. d.) is the base of the nose, and … e.) is the mouth. Do these things gently. You will erase these extra lines or blend them into his face.
Step 5
Outline the eyebrows, eyes, and ears.
Step 6
Draw the irises of his eyes and pupils (don’t blacken them). The white circle represents the highlight in his eyes. Follow the lateral curves near the eyes, nose, mouth, jawline and neck position. Step “7” will give you information about Bruno’s Fedora before you sketch it. Okay?
Step 7
An easy way to make the hat fit is to draw the crown to fit directly on the skull and not his hair no matter what angle is used for the hat as you can see from the image . Check out how some of the hat’s crowns don’t touch the skull. This is due to the shape of the hat. Why do I have a center line running on the first and third images? Because centering the hat on the face is a guide for you to draw the hat on your head more accurately.
Step 8
We have a new element… A HAT! Draw a sketch on his hair, then draw the part of the hat that touches his hairline. Now draw the brim of the hat and work up to the crown. Don’t forget that sweet feather on the side. Also draw in the shoulder positions.
Step 9
Now you can sketch at the collar and shoulders of the jacket.
Step 10
Here’s how your guidelines can look without deletion. The next image gives an idea of what your image should look like without a guide. At this point, you can brush his eyebrows, mess his hair, and mark places for you to cast shadows and light reflections on the left side of his face on the image.
Step 11
You can also use light lines to create shadows as shown in the image for this step (instead of small circular directions). Try it. Take your time. You haven’t blended yet. I used a 0.5mm mechanical pencil (caliber) and a FINE lead (F) with a very light movement. Remember, I darken my drawings in photo editing so you can see what I do. Don’t imitate the shadows of my drawings.
Step 12
Seriously, look at that! He is forming a realistic look! Yep, the tissue paper itself, the stumps of the mix, and so on. just do miracles. And if you have dark spots, dab them with a kneaded rubber eraser. Watch the transition… PERSON, THIS IS DRAWING TOGETHER. Just scan at different render times. Okay, I have a gift for you in the next step.
Step 13
THIS IS THE NEW KID ON THE BLOCK! Sandpaper! Yes, you can buy this at your art or hardware store. If you want some realistic texture, try my new product, sandpaper. Oh, I also want to say that I haven’t used any white Acrylic on my guide art yet. So it’s YES for sandpaper and NO for white acrylic! Hey, I might change it next time!
Step 14
Having said that, this is why sandpaper is so popular with me at this point. Look at Bruno’s Fedora and check out the dots, that natural looking micro spec. I’m totally satisfied…it’s subtle, practical and makes all the difference. There are other features in the figure of Step “14”. Click it, read it and enjoy!
Step 15
Here he is… Our Bruno Mars, who will be performing on “American Idol” tonight. I was watching the show when I gave this tutorial. I hope you enjoy the journey with me. Let me know what you did. You’ve worked hard and I want to “love” your creative work. Oh, I will be here more often because of DRAGOART ROCKS!!! AND YOU DO IT!!! Peace out!
