Step 1
Alright, let’s start this first step by drawing out some guides and shapes to frame Mega Man as shown. First, draw a circle like an oblong for his head and then add guide lines on the face. Then you would draw a vertical line for his shoulders and then the shoulder shapes. Next, draw a mountain like a “V” for the leg and add two oval circles for his leg guide shape.
Step 2
Now you will start adding the helmet lines and then the shape of his round eyes. Next, draw shapes for his chest or torso and then contours for his thighs and shins. The bottom of the right leg is significantly larger than the top of the thigh. This is basically the suit you’re drawing.
Step 3
Next, you’ll start sketching the outlines of your helmet design. Then you will add his eyeball and pupil. Finish this step by drawing out his crotch area and then start drawing the lining for his right arm and hand. Now draw the inside of his right shin.
Step 4
Now in this next step you will begin to detail the rest of the helmet on the top and along the sides. Then shape the curve of his upper body at the collar, then the shoulder and then the lining for his left forearm and hand. Then you will detail the crotch then the knees and finally the shape of his boots.
Step 5
This is your final drawing step and what you are going to do here is draw the rest of the contour details on the helmet and then draw the details on your chest. Then you will draw the rest of his front arm and hand. You will finish this step by erasing all the guides and shapes that you drew in step one.
Step 6
