Please see the drawing tutorial in the video below
Our drawing offer provided for beginners. You don’t need all these tools to get started (you really only need pencil and paper), but there are more tools that can enhance your work and make the drawing process effective and easy. easier!
Here is a bit of information on some of the tools mentioned:
Paper weight: This number is not the actual weight of a sketchbook or drawing board. It is weighing 500 sheets. The average copy paper or printer paper is about 20-30lbs (pounds).
Drawing board: I find that the thicker the better, because thicker sheets can hold more wear and tear, especially when I’m working on a portrait that takes hours of work. For me, 70lbs works great. Consider that I am mild to moderate. If your drawing uses a lot of pressure, I recommend using a drawing with at least 80lbs.
Eraser: When you buy for the first time, the eraser will NEED be cast until it becomes SOFTWARE. To speed up this process, scribble on your artboard to create more DUST of graphite. Then press your eraser on the page, allow it to grab graphite. Then knead the bleaching powder so that it covers the graphite (kneading evenly). Basically, the more you use the eraser, the softer and more pliable it will be. You will also notice that the color changes to a darker color (which is why the packing eraser on my left hand looks very pale).
To clean a kneading eraser, just fold it a few times.
