Step 1
Start this lesson on how to draw the solar system by drawing a long flat shape like “W”. Once done, you can draw a total of nine dashes.
Step 2
The longest vertical line is the shape of the sun. Draw a large circle for the sun and then draw two smaller circles for Mercury and Venus.
Step 3
You will now draw the rest of the circles for the rest of the planets earth, mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and then Pluto.
Step 4
Now you will draw a circle around Saturn then move on to the next and final drawing step. See how easy it is to learn to draw the solar system?
Step 5
You will now begin to shade your sun and the other planets as you see here. To see how the planets are colored, simply zoom in on this step to see the shading in more detail. Though I would recommend clearing all the principles and shapes before shading in your solar system.
