You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below
Draw a long and curved line. This outlines the lower part of the pectoral muscle, the pectoral muscle commonly known as “pec”.
Draw a second curve along the first line, outlining the other pectoral muscle.
Draw a long downward curve from one of the pec. This outlines the side of the torso, or stomach.
Draw an inverted “Y”-shaped line just below pecs. This section outlines the first part of the abdominis muscle or rectal abdominal muscle.
Draw two overlapping curves to form the next part of the abdominal muscles.
Draw a vertical curve below the anterior part of the abdominal muscles and two curves to outline the next part of the abdominal muscles.
Draw a short downward curve from the abdominal muscles, then draw a small circle below it. This forms the umbilical cord. Then draw two curves below it following a curved “V” shape. This completes the last part of the ab muscle.
Draw two curves, overlapping and with the side face of the pec muscle. This forms the bottom of the muscular arm. Then, draw a long, curved line to surround the rest of the body.
Draw a “U” shaped line near the end of each chest muscle, indicating the nipple’s presence. Then draw diagonal curves across the side of the body. They may refer to ribs or outward slopes, an unusual muscle classified under the term “abdominal muscle”. Draw curves at the base of the body to outline the top of the hips. Then, draw a pair of curves between these lines to show the intersection of the legs and body.
