Step 1
Let’s start by laying out the principles for creating a framework for Jack. There should be a head shape and body guide in the pose in which Jack will be drawn.
Step 2
Determine Jack’s face shape is quite square. Simultaneously combine the ears.
Step 3
Now we will draw the hairline and then draw Jack’s face including eyes, nose and mouth. Don’t forget his ponytail.
Step 4
Now we will draw his body covered by gi samurai. Draw the shape of his thick neck, then draw the shoulders, sleeves, and rest of the clothes in the shape of a bell.
Step 5
Draw seams for the sleeves and front part of the gi. Once done, draw the obi and then draw the sword sleeve.
Step 6
We will now draw his Samurai sword and then draw his handle, hand guard and then his hand and arm.
Step 7
Finally, draw Jack’s feet and toes, then the straps for the clogs. Erase mistakes and instructions.
Step 8
This is the finished work of art. Now you can go ahead and color in your drawing.
