Step 1
Draw a perfect circle and quarter it. The center of the cross will also be the center of the body.
Step 2
Add a few mounds and circles on the body to make the eyes.
Step 3
Draw another circle inside the body and add some legs below.
Step 4
Now for the hand, draw some boxing gloves attached to the thin arms slightly on the horizontal line.
Step 5
Now draw a spiral inside the circle inside. Shade it black.
Step 6
Remove the excess lines to complete your Poliwhirl.
Step 7
Now color in Poliwhirl if you feel like it … look at the picture above for the color you should use.
