Step 1
Jake the dog is a very well-rounded character. To start, draw a circle for his head and then add guide lines on the face. Then you would draw another circle for his body and then draw another half circle for his chest. Finally, draw four leg lines.
Step 2
Now you will draw the actual shape of Jake’s head and then draw the earlobes for him. Now you will draw his big round eyes, his droopy mocking eyes, then a small round nose and mouth.
Step 3
You are almost done with this lesson. All you have to do now is draw the shape of Jake’s chest, then start drawing his old skinny legs and feet. Once done, move on to the next step.
Step 4
Complete the drawing of Jake by sketching the shape of his hindquarters, hind legs, and short stout tail. Erase all the guides and shapes that you drew in step one so you can prepare your drawing to color.
Step 5
