Step 1. First form Barn roof
First, create the thin curved shape of the barn roof.
Step 2. Sketch the barn walls
Next, draw the rectangular outline of the walls of the stable.
Step 3. Add doors
Now, form the rectangular door. Then add X-shaped support beams to the door.
Step 4. Draw the window
Draw a rectangle to form the barn window.
Step 5. Next Add Silo
Start by drawing a tall cylinder. Next, attach a domed canopy.
Step 6. Create texture
Let’s add some texture to the stables and silos! Now, draw evenly spaced vertical lines on the wall of the stable. Then add vertical curves to the silo roof.
Step 7. Now build the fence
First, draw thin vertical rectangles. Then add two long horizontal strips to draw the fence in the foreground.
Step 8. Then add grass
Draw horizontal zigzag lines to add grass around the farm.
Step 9. Complete a simple drawing of a farm
Let’s complete our farm drawing by adding some color! First, shade the walls of the warehouse and silo with a red pencil. Next, color in the shed roof as well as the door and window frames with a white pencil. Shade the window opening with a dark brown pencil. Then, color the fence with an orange pen. Finally, cover the grass with a green pencil and the sky with a light blue pencil.
