You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1

You will start by drawing out the heads, and as you can see Luigi’s is smaller. Next, draw guide lines for their face, neck, torso, and limbs as you see here.

Step 2

Now you will start drawing the shape of their head, and notice how Luigi has a balloon-shaped head. Once done, let’s add some ear shapes and shapes to their nose. Finally, start creating lines for their shoulders.

Step 3

Now it’s time to draw Luigi’s hat, Mario, and Luigi’s face the shape you see here. This includes the eyes, nose, mustache, and mouth. For Mario, you will start drawing his mouth, and for Luigi, draw his shirt straps as you see here. Oh yeah, when you draw their mustache make sure you make Luigi line up and Mario with a wave.

Step 4

Now you can finish drawing their faces like eyes, eyebrows and ears. Then start sketching their hats and remember to add their initials, “M” for Mario and “L” for Luigi. As always Mario gives you the peace sign with his right hand and we all know he actually did this when he was working on the second installment in his series. Draw some more of Luigi’s jumpers. When done, you can move on to the next step.

Step 5

Now is the time to finish off these brothers by extracting the remains of their bodies. The first thing to start with is the arms, then the torso, arms, legs, and feet. Add some details and definition and then start erasing all the lines and shapes you drew in step one.

Step 6

Finally your drawing is done, and now you have two brothers in love. I hope you had fun drawing Mario Bros, maybe next time I’ll draw the gang. Color them and that’s it!
