How to draw a Rock Step by Step

Step 1

Stones come in all shapes and sizes. This means you can draw a rock like in the example drawn by Easydrawingart.com artists or use your own design. Contours can be even and straight or smoother and more ambiguous.

Step 2

If the contour of the rock is ready, then it is time to create the details. You can also use clean and straight lines or finer lines here. These lines must represent texture. You can also depict smaller details and cracks in the rock.

Step 3

A rock can’t be suspended in the air, right? Therefore, we will need to depict a surface on which the rock will rest. Depicts small stones and grass with lots of short lines.

Step 4
