How I Draw

You can refer to the simple step-by-step drawing guide below

Step 1

Start by outlining the shape of the head and then add the facial guides for the mask design. You would then draw another circle for the torso and then draw shapes for the arms, hands, pelvis, and legs. After completing that id, you can draw a long line for the Clone Troopers gun.

Step 2

Now you will start sketching the design of the CLone Troopers mask starting with the visor as the eye design. Once done, outline the shape of the flared edges and then detail the mask as you see here to add definition and texture.

Step 3

The next thing you’ll do is start sketching the weapon he’s holding, which appears to be the Clone Trooper Blaster. After the entire shape and design of the gun is drawn, you can start sketching the lining for the collar, shoulder and left arm and hand.

Step 4

You’ll add more detail around the neck and collar like you see here and then go on to outline the shape and design of his right arm and/or armor of his soldier suit. Remember to sketch the detailed contours to the chest plate of the armor and then draw the right hand. As you can see his finger is on the trigger.

Step 5

Start by sketching the belt and then the utility belt that all Clone Soldiers wear. Once you’re done, you can start outlining the shape of the crotch or pelvic area as you see here and then remember a few more definitions. You will also outline the thighs and detail the leg armor.

Step 6

This is your final drawing step and all you need to do is finish outlining the legs, knees and feet. Remember to detail the armor like you see here to add realism to your Clone Soldier. Erase all the principles and shapes that you drew in step one.

Step 7

Now that you’ve learned how to draw a clone soldier”, your drawing should look like the one you see here. Color it and that’s it. You’ve done a great job again.
