Step 1. Sketch the body of the colored pencil
Start by drawing a long cylinder to form the body of the crayon.
Step 2. Draw the pencil wrapper
Use curved lines to outline the crayon’s wrapper. Then add a long oval in the middle of the wrapping paper to make the label.
Step 3. Shape the pencil tip
Now, draw a sharp tip at one end of the colored pencil.
Step 4. Draw two more colored pencils
Repeat the previous steps to draw two more colored pencils. Start by creating their cylindrical outline. Then add the wrap by drawing curved lines and long ovals.
Step 5. Attach the sharp end of the colored pencil
Similar to the previous step, draw a sharp point at the end of each colored pencil.
Step 6. Complete the colored pencil drawing
Let’s make our crayons look colorful and get ready for artistic fun! Use blue, red, and green to color the body of the crayon. For wrapping paper, use lighter shades of the respective colors. Then, color the edges of the crayon wrapper and oval label with a black pen. Finally, use a light gray pen to add some shadow.
